A Festival headliner event. Stroll through Stockton Heath to hear about the village’s history from its pre-Roman days to the village as it looks now. See where battles were fought, how people lived, worked, shopped, prayed and travelled in bygone times.
Choose from two Walks: North or South.
Thursday 3rd July at 6pm
Heritage Walk North: Stockton Heath North of the Bridgewater Canal
Meet outside Alexandra Park Café, WA4 2UT.
Saturday 5th July at 2pm
Heritage Walk South: Stockton Heath South via Red Lane
The walk goes up Red Lane and past Hill Cliffe Baptist Church, it is suitable for people with a reasonable level of mobility.
Sunday 6th July at 2pm
Heritage Walk North: Stockton Heath North of the Bridgewater Canal
Meet outside Alexandra Park Café, WA4 2UT.
Places are limited and early booking is recommended. The walks are suitable for all ages. Adult tickets are £5 per walk, children are free but must be accompanied by an adult.
Note tickets will only be available from the physical box office when it opens
