Rain or Shine Theatre Company present Sheridan’s The Rivals

A Festival headliner event, open air performance of this much-celebrated 18th century comedy adventure brimming with false identities, romantic entanglements and parental disapproval. The Rivals is a joyous romp that skewers marriage, class and wealth and of course featuring Mrs. Malaprop with her words so ingeniously misapplied, without being mispronounced.

The setting is the stunning Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden.

Note that the doors open at 6:30pm for a 7pm start, and guests are invited to bring your own picnic, blanket and seating (only well-behaved dogs under control at all times are allowed).

Early booking is recommended.
